M1 Aesthetics AG is a German investment holding company with deep, long-standing roots in the healthcare industry.

Through our former subsidiary HAEMATO PHARM, we were active for many years in the statutory health insurance sector (the first healthcare market); we divested this holding in 2026.

Since 2021, we have broadened our focus to include the second healthcare market — the segment of privately financed, self-pay products, which includes, among others, our investment in the medical devices, cosmetics, and aesthetic applications segment.

Our investment focus is deliberately broad: we invest in companies across both the first and second healthcare markets. The goal of our investment strategy is the sustainable increase of enterprise value.
